1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 35bd6 ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", or "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses the 35bd6 website and associated services. By completing the registration process or by continuing to use the platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of every provision contained herein.

35bd6 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 35bd6 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 35bd6. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the platform, these Terms shall prevail.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the 35bd6 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, betting, and casino gaming — you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and preferred mobile money account details (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number).

You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of your account and the forfeiture of any account balance, including pending withdrawals.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one active 35bd6 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 35bd6 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed across those accounts, and withhold any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts. Genuine funds deposited (net of any withdrawals already processed) will be returned to the original verified payment method where possible.

3.3 Account Security and Login Credentials

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 35bd6 login username and password. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer and card methods may vary. There is no standard maximum deposit limit imposed by 35bd6, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your 35bd6 account balance in real time in the vast majority of cases; processing delays attributable to third-party payment providers are outside 35bd6's control.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 4.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) peak hours of 9am to 11pm. Processing times outside peak hours may be slightly longer. 35bd6 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed identity verification (NID or passport). Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be held pending verification. 35bd6 may request additional documentation — including proof of address or source of funds — for large withdrawal amounts or where suspicious activity has been flagged.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

35bd6 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. 5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

• Only one bonus may be active at any time. Claiming a new bonus before the wagering requirements of an existing bonus have been completed will result in the forfeiture of the incomplete bonus.

In the event of any inconsistency between the general bonus conditions set out in these Terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

Pre-match bets are accepted up to the point at which the relevant market is suspended immediately before the start of the event. However, in the event that odds are published in error — including due to technical fault, data feed error, or human error — 35bd6 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the incorrect odds and to refund the original stake to affected accounts.

6.2 Casino Games

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 35bd6 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Collusion: Attempting to defraud 35bd6 or other players through any means, including collusion in poker or other multiplayer games, use of bots or automated betting software, or exploitation of software bugs or errors.
• Money Laundering: Using the 35bd6 platform for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime. All significant transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. 35bd6 complies with applicable AML obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited conduct has been detected on the account.
• The account is being operated by a person who is under the age of 18.
• Closure is required in order to comply with applicable law, a court order, or a request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• The player's account shows no activity (no login, no bet, no deposit) for a continuous period of 12 months.

Where an account is closed by 35bd6 for breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds (net of withdrawals already processed and any forfeitures applied) will be returned to the verified payment method on record, subject to the completion of any ongoing investigation.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player
